Our story
Linen & Key started with a simple frustration: great short-term rentals and beautiful homes were being let down by unreliable cleaning. Hosts told me the same thing over and over — the no-shows, the missed spots, the never quite knowing if the place was actually guest-ready.
So I built the company I wished existed. One that shows up when it says it will, runs the same checklist every single time, and sends photo proof before your guests ever turn the key. The name says it plainly: fresh linen, and the key handed over to a space that feels like a boutique hotel — whether someone's checking in for the weekend or coming home from work.
We're proud to be local. We know these neighborhoods, we know what guests visiting Cuyahoga Valley National Park and Blossom expect, and we treat every home like it's the only one on our schedule that day.
